Inclusion of Sex Trade and Drug Trafficking in GDP – Where the Western Culture is Heading?

In the Bible, financial transactions based on interest are prohibited explicitly. This divine instruction was strictly followed by Jesus. It is written in the Bible that once Jesus threw out those Moneylenders from the premises of the temple who were involved in the money lending business based on interest. It was one of the major reasons to crucify the Jesus.

It was the greatness of Jesus that he agreed to pay the painful price for his stands, but never accepted the unfair practices of finance, religion and society. However, after that this practice of financial transactions based on interest kept on increasing initially in the Western culture and thereafter across the world post colonization.

In modern times, we can hardly imagine the financial system or global economy without interest. If we read the holy books of Jews or Christian, we find that consuming alcohol & drugs and prostitution are all prohibited.

However, the reality of the western culture is that all these activities were legalized steadily for streamlining the society. You can’t separate these menaces from the modern society, even in your imagination. The saddening conclusion of the whole story is that the younger generation is destroying itself by these activities.

The countries that have made such poisons freely available or legalized it are evident of facing this menace. The WHO Global Status Report says that due to consumption of alcohol 320,000 people die annually aged between 15 – 29 years. In the same report it was mentioned that 2.5 million people die every year due to the harmful use of alcohol.

If we talk about the consumption of drugs, death of more than 300,000 people are reported every year. In the research studies, it has been found that New Zealand, Australia, Western Europe and North America are among the largest consumers of drug all over the world.

A new trend among the Western culture which is catching the global attention is the legalization of homosexual marriages. However, from the prophetic teachings another glaring departure is the latest announcement by the Italian government. In May 2014, government of Italy had announced to include the revenues of alcohol, contraband tobacco, sex trade and drug trafficking in GDP from the coming year.

If this weird idea would be accepted by European Union then the aratio of public deficit would be reduced in the output. It would be helpful for the countries to ceil of 3% of GDP.

Bong Clan has Enough Reasons to Proud of their Mother tongue

So, earlier we have told you about the intentional ignorance of Bengali’s towards our national language, Hindi. In this article we are pondering over few more points to check the fact that Bongs are potential Hindi speakers. Do let us know your view by leaving our feeds in the comment box.

Hybrid Letters can be created by Bong Hindi

We know that love has no boundaries, as told by fairy tales and famous folklore of Cinderella. Will you believe that love can also jump the boundaries of languages? You will start believing when you will read the love letters of a Bong written to his/her lover who is Non-Bengali. When a Bong falls in love with Punjabi, Sindhi or Gujju, they give birth to a hybrid language. However, such letters can’t be deciphered but they instigate creativity.

New interpretations for Hindi Movies

Bongs are famous for their interpretations and observations on Hindi flicks. How it would be possible if they can’t speak Hindi well. It is one of the essential habits of Bongs to provide dialogues to Hindi films by muting its dialogues. They love to translate it on their own and come with funny things about it. Just visit any ‘adda’ of Bengali community and you will see this postmortem of Masala Hindi flicks by them.

Incorrigible Communication Problem

Bong clan treats whole of India as a village. Some Bongs are fond of traveling and during this course they spread their Bhendi (Bengali+Hindi) language and avidly make fun for people like us. You will keep shouting at them to make yourself understand by Bongs but they hardly give it a damn by sticking to their tone. And this will make you a philosopher to think about the actual need and use of a language.

But if you will try to point out them, they will give you logic that Hindi is just an official language and not the national one. This serves the best purpose for Bongs not to speak Hindi and what else they need to support their views as our national song and Anthem both are in Bengali. Well, Bongs have enough reasons to justify their love for Bengali and we believe that in the coming two centuries they will surely learn Hindi at its best. All the good luck from us to this Bengali clan who intentionally avoids learning the Hindi to sustain their love for mother tongue.

Ten Reasons to Love Flying (in Airplane)

There may be many among us who are not fond of flying (in flight of course), but more than that we have enough number of people who lover certain things about it. Here, in this article we are pointing out some of the good reasons to love flying in a flight. Everything in a flight brings you amusement, air crew, safety instructions, cramped seats, etc.

Check out some other interesting reasons that will make you love about flying and airplanes.

The Soaring Anticipation

Who won’t like seeing fluffy and beautiful clouds below the feet while traveling? Whether you are visiting an exotic new place or the familiar one, you have anticipation for your trip. It gives you immense joy soaring on the clouds that take you off. Prior to landings and liftoff you feel the surge of speed which is ultimate.

Appreciation of the alternative

If you are traveling in domestic flight, then it would be an unspeakable purgatory to think about traveling an equal distance via bus. If you consider train as another alternative then sane hours will make you mad and if you have kids, those extra baggages will haunt you. So nothing can beat the comfort of a flight.

You can switch off your phone

The best thing is that in modern gizmo freak world, finally you get some time to switch off your phone. You have enough reason to avoid the questions of acquaintances, friends and mother for switching it off. So enjoy playing games on flight mode without the disturbance of calls or messages.

The food

And who doesn’t love the food there! Few may find it terrible but airline foods are so nicely packed with sweet, side dish and salad that increases the love among foodies. Free coffee and tea which is served onboard adds the pleasure.

The earphones

Earphones best serve the purpose of avoiding your fellow passengers who importunately want to share or chat with you. You can avoid them by stuffing earphones with a smile, and switch to your favorite flick or music.

The air-pockets

Wow! It gives Goosebumps to many. Many passengers love it. You enjoy the same thrilling experience of a merry-go-round, giant-wheel or a boat ride in choppy water. Since you don’t know when next air pocket will happen, it adds to the thrilling experience.

In-flight entertainment

Disney or Tom & Jerry features are best enjoyed in airplanes.

The dreamliner

Dreamliner option is provided in Air India which gives you plenty of joy such as excellent choice of in-flight entertainment, gaming console, huge overhead bins, great leg space and dimmed option for windows.

The miniature loo

The miniature is at its best in the toilets of an airplane. Mirror, rubbish bin, folding door, sink and pot, everything is there and that too in a little corner. It’s all fascinating.

T3

And here is the last reason to love flying. The T3 terminal in Delhi has Classy and massive space with decent food court and lots of options for shopping freaks.

Top Six Blunder Statements Given by Indian Politicians

Indian politicians have many such skills for which they can be widely appreciated, for example, campaigning, jugaad, cunning, diplomacy, etc. But, some of our beloved politicians are also blessed with a disease which is especially found in India, foot in mouth. They stand up, look into our eyes and spew out pure non-sense craps that are not only offensive but senseless statements.

Here, we are presenting some ultimate statements from our beloved politicians that you would hardly believe they have said. Go ahead to read it…

“What Yeddyurappa did was morally incorrect but legally correct.” – Nitin Gadkari

Current Cabinet Minister and Ex BJP President gave this statement on corruption charges on B.S. Yeddyurappa. Yeddyurappa is a BJP colleague and former CM of Karnataka. We couldn’t understand what Gadkari intentionally wanted to say. It means that morally exploiting the people for which you claim to work is wrong but legally it can be dealt with a clean chit, I guess.

“Yes, Princess Diana was there” – Suresh Kamadi

Former Chairman of Indian Olympic Committee at 2010 Commonwealth Games gave this statement on the visit of Prince Charles and Camilla for opening ceremony of Commonwealth Games in India. But accidentally, he confused the Duchess of Cornwall with the late Princess Diana who is no more. I wish he was not thanking Princess Diana for coming in spirit!

“The public forgot Bofors, soon they will forget this as well.” Sushil Kumar Shinde

Former Union Home Minister uttered this on the issue of Coal Gate. Though he was apt that memory of public is so volatile that they won’t remember things for a long time. Public forgot about petrol pump scam too during the NDA rule. Unfortunately he was right but Mr. Shinde, what about your memory which forgot that it was the Bofors scandal that finished Rajiv Gandhi in 1989 elections. And you have seen it in 2014 also for your party. But we hope that you won’t become the target of any conspiracy because Bofors was the main reason behind the LTTE’s killing intention for Rajiv Gandhi!!!

“Bade bade shehron mein aisi choti choti baatein hoti rehti hain.” – R.R. Patil

Here comes another blowing statement from the leader of Nationalist Congress Party on 2008 terrorist attack at Mumbai on 26/11. We can’t expect this insensitivity from a politician at the time of reflection and mourning. Though intentionally he wanted to say that India needs to strengthen its external security yet this popcorn statement at such an incidence was more like putting salt on public’s injury.

“To my understanding, consumption of fast food contributes to such incidents. Chowmin leads to hormonal imbalance evoking an urge to indulge in such acts.” – Jitender Chhatar

This statement by Jind’s Khap Panchayat Leader on rape blew the intellectual heads of the country. He meant actually nothing by this statement but pointing out noodles to be the reason of rape incidents in India.

“Politics is everywhere. It’s in your shirt; in your pants…It’s everywhere.” – Rahul Gandhi

And biggest blunder was from none other than our Pappu. Vice President of Indian National Congress wanted to involve youth in politics by giving this statement! Does he himself ever wore pants while doing politics?
